So in that case if I see a cop running past me to chase another suspect, but I didn't see the suspect, and the cop has a gun in his hand, I can shoot him because I, myself, now deem him a threat? Will the city be on my side, lump that officer in with all the other bad officers in the department, and label him as a "crooked cop"? Or would the entire police force back their guy and make sure I never see another day of sunshine again? This cop headshot murdered a young man, not even old enough to rent a car, in the back, as he running AWAY. If that's not murder, what is?
